POM Industries: an Amazon listing built to answer buyer questions

The challenge
POM Industries came to us with a product that performed well in person but under-communicated online. The existing listing showed the product without explaining it: shoppers could see what it was, but not why it was the right choice, what made it different, or which variant fitted their use case.
The approach
We started from buyer questions, not from photography. Working through the category's reviews and search terms, we listed what shoppers ask before buying — durability, sizing, materials, compatibility — and assigned each question to a specific slot in the image gallery.
The shoot and the design system were planned together: clean hero angles for the main image, detail shots feeding the infographic frames, and consistent typography and colour so the six images read as one listing, not six exports.
What we delivered
- Main image optimised for search results and mobile
- Benefit and feature infographic set
- Scale, detail and in-use frames
- Comparison layout for the product line
- Full-resolution files structured for re-use across ASINs
The outcome
The listing now answers the buyer's main questions inside the gallery itself, before the bullet points are read. The system is structured for reuse, so new variants and future ASINs inherit the same visual logic instead of starting from zero.
