What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the service you ask about, and your message — plus how you found us (e.g. a search or social link), so we can reply properly and know which channels work.

Analytics: anonymized usage data — pages visited, country, device type, and traffic source. This never identifies you personally.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

A small cookie also remembers your language choice (English / Tiếng Việt).

Tools we use

Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics), Microsoft Clarity (anonymous usage patterns), and Vercel Analytics (cookieless performance metrics). Contact-form emails are delivered by Resend.

How long we keep data

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. Analytics data follows each tool’s standard retention (typically 2–14 months).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — email oart@creativeoart.com.

We comply with applicable data-protection law, including Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection and, for EU visitors, the GDPR.
